I purchased a magnet men toy for kids on Amazon, and unfortunately, there is a risk that the magnets can come loose. My kids had these less than 5 hours since they arrived. I was vacuuming and came across one and quickly collected them all and inspecting and at least 3 had lost magnets out of the 28 I could locate. Extremely dangerous if ingested please discontinue use. REQUESTING URGENT RECALL
