Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Oct 13, 2026, sent to the company Oct 21, 2026, published by CPSC Nov 4, 2026
The product, in the report: 10Pcs Magnetic Travel Toys, Magnets Men for Kids, Cute Magnetic People Fridge Magnets Sensory Fidget Toys for Adults Kids, Airplane Car Toddler Travel Essential Toys
Ordered these as a gift for a 3.5 year old. She absolutely loved them and played with them ALOT! Was an excellent gift until two of the magnets fell out after just a couple days and she ate them. She ended up having to have major abdominal surgery to remove them after alot of laxatives and medical procedures (that were awful to endure) couldn’t get them to pass through. The surgery was done just in time as the surgeon said any longer and it would’ve been potentially hazardous as part of her intestines had already started to die. So, please please beware if you’re purchasing this for a child who is young or if they’re for an older child that has a younger sibling. Either superglue the magnets in yourself or skip them altogether!!!

First aid Made Oct 8, 2026, sent to the company Oct 15, 2026, published by CPSC Oct 29, 2026
The product, in the report: 10Pcs Magnetic Travel Toys, Magnets Men for Kids, Cute Magnetic People, Fridge Magnets Sensory Fidget Toys for Adults Kids, Airplane Car Toddler Travel Essential Toys
The magnet-containing components of this children’s toy detach readily and present a serious choking hazard. I purchased this item several days ago for my three-year-old child. I observed my child effortlessly breaking off a leg from the magnet men figure and placing it in his mouth for biting. The fractured segment contains a highstrength magnet. Swallowing this magnet could result in life-threatening internal injuries. This product possesses critical safety flaws and warrants an immediate product recall.
