My child was playing with the toy turtle that is suppose to promote crawling. He was crawling behind it and caught up to it. His hand got caught in between the space where the legs of the turtle moved. He got a deep cut that bled on his finger after the fact. I see on Amazon where this has happened to multiple other consumers who bought this product.
