My toddler was playing with the Animal Squish Pop Turtle toy when the head (the purple part) detached easily as he stretched it slightly. He immediately put the piece in his mouth and accidentally swallowed it. He choked briefly for about 2 seconds before catching his breath as I tapped his back to help him. Thankfully, he recovered quickly, but it was a very frightening experience. Im concerned that the toy part detached too easily and posed a serious choking hazard. I believe this product should be reviewed for safety, especially since it may appeal to small children.
