The product, in the report: Red and black cyborg T rex dinosaur toy that walks and makes noise with a corded remote approximately 8 inches tall
Put batteries in a toy and it started smoking and melting plastic. AA battery got hot to the touch. The toy was not new, got it from the thrift store without batteries installed. The toy is a red robotic dinosaur that walks and makes noise with a corded remote. The marking on the foot says NO. ET-0001-AST4 distributed by 1616 Holdings Inc. manufacture date: 05/22 batch/run: ZE062822 This is a children’s toy and I’m afraid it could start a fire. No one was injured and I removed the batteries.
