The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

    The product, in the report: Wham-o frisbee mini golf set. Golf set assembled - 11.62” L x 11.62” W x 28” H (29.51cm x 29.51cm x 148.32cm)

Wham-o Frisbee Mini Golf Set was being used yesterday by my two year old daughter. She had picked the fully assembled basket with the chains to move it to the living room from the kitchen. She somehow got a couple of the chains slipped around her head and got them twisted around her neck while trying to move it. She began screaming for me and it took me a second to realize it wasn’t just stuck but they were actually wrapped around her neck. She very easily could have been choked or suffocated of I was not right there. Her face was turning red from crying and not being able to breathe. It took two of us to get the chain to snap loose from the plastic on top. Once we got it off she only sustained a small bruise on her neck under her chin but if we were not there it would’ve ended much worse.
