My 14 month old grandson was playing with the Yummy Baby Montessori Sensory Toy (sold on Amazon) when we noticed the baby had something in his mouth. It was a spring that had liberated from the product. The spring came off of a push / slide button on the front of the product. The baby stuck his finger in the hole and was able to dislodge the spring. The product was not dropped, abused or broken. I have photos of the defect and the product if needed.
