The product, in the report: Squeeze dumpling, Yoshida Rainbow steamed buns Round, green and yellow

I had bought my 2 grandkids a squeeze dumpling, my granddaughter was in the bathroom with me and I was sitting on the toilet and she squeezed the dumpling normally and it busted in her face. She is 3. It went in her face nose mouth and clothes, I immediately told her not to swallow amd keep her eyes closed. I wiped her face and had her stick out her tongue and cleaned out her mouth with a baby wipe..I took a picture to after I wiped her face a little. It looked like a marshmallow exploded on her face. I then immediately put her in the shower and washed her. Her eyes were alittle irritated. I put eye drops in them . Im am glad I was in front of her when this happened because she could have swallowed this Marcello looking stuff. And I dont no what’s in it.
