The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

First aid Made Sep 2, 2026, sent to the company Sep 3, 2026, published by CPSC Sep 18, 2026
The product, in the report: 3 count, LED Snap Band in Orange, Green and Red
Material ripped around the edge of where sewing is and caused metal to come out, cutting my grandsons finger. There needs to be a warning that this can happen as it can cause serious injury if it comes flying out. It is a metal band.

Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 4, 2025, sent to the company Nov 13, 2025, published by CPSC Nov 28, 2025
The product, in the report: 50 piece box of halloween glow bracelets. 50 light sticks. 8 inches. Purchased at Walmart.
To activate the glow in a glow stick, you need to gently snap it. I was doing so, gently, and the plastic outer coating cracked. The inner liquid exploded out onto my face, including eyes and mouth. I had to rush to my stick and rush water directly into my eyes. It took 5 times per eye for the pain and blurry vision to dissipate.

First aid Made Apr 20, 2025, sent to the company Apr 23, 2025, published by CPSC May 7, 2025
The product, in the report: Easter Blue Whale Battery-Operated Bubble Wand, by Way To Celebrate.
I inserted 2 of the 4 batteries in to operate the toy . After a few seconds I started to smell burnt plastic. I inspected the battery placement to see if something was sitting in it wrong. The prongs that were touching the toy were scorching hot and the batteries were becoming hot. While trying to remove the batteries to prevent anything more dangerous from occurring the prongs burned my finger through my skin.
