  1. Seen by a doctor or nurse

Made Dec 1, 2025, sent to the company Dec 4, 2025, published by CPSC Dec 18, 2025

The product, in the report: Brand: TTKADIY. It is called the Elastic Bubble Fog Wand, Fog Bubble Machine, Bubble Machine, Fun science Experiments, Kids Toys, Parent-Child Interaction (Blue). The size is approximately 31 CM/12.2 IN. It’s described as an interactive bubble fun for kids, create and touch misty bubbles, safe, educational, and perfect for parties.

What happened that made me want to report? Well, I purchased a child’s toy for a children’s party--October 31st. The product did not come with any warnings in English and it did not come with any assembly instructions in English that forbade touching. When attempting to put the product together because it was not working as advertised, the bubble solution splashed on my right hand. Immediately, I felt a burning sensation among other sensations and I noticed the chemical had a bad smell. I sent it back to Amazon, I eventually contacting them explaining the pain that I had experienced, and again when I followed up I was told that via A to Z program I was already refunded. I didn’t call regarding getting a refund. I wanted Amazon to be aware of the dangerous product. It did not appear that Amazon was going to take any action. What type of product(s) were being used? I purchased a Magic Bubble Wand or Fog Wand that was advertised to allow you to create bubbles with children and actually touch the bubble and control the bubble size. Who was using the product(s)? I was using the product with my two small children, another elementary aged child, and my spouse in order to get it to work for the children. I needed to assemble it for them. How were the product(s) being used? It was being used at a party. I had to let a portion of the device touch the bubble liquid in order to get the bubbles to form. However, you must first open the bubble solution and place the tip of the wand within the cup that come(s) with the wand to create the bubbles. Were there any injuries that happened or may have happened while using the product? Yes, medically my medical reports explain a second degree chemical burn. I have sores and blisters. I continue to have pain on my right hand (especially my fingers). How did any injuries occur? When the bubble solution was being opened, it splashed on my right hand. There was no warning that the bubble solution should never touch your skin. There were no assembly instructions in English that I could see or read that forbade touching.
