The product, in the report: TibaToes Montessori Busy Board Vehicle Blue Plus activity board
Please be advised of a serious choking hazard with Tiba Toes cloth activity board products. The problem has occurred with the TibaToes Montessori Busy Board 1 Vehicle Blue Plus Vehicle Blue Plus product ordered directly from https://tibatoes.com/pages/montessori-lander , and may very well exist in all similar products in their prduct line that utilize small [REDACTED] fasteners.
The small [REDACTED] discs that are glued to both the pages and the removable features throughout the product become loose and because of their size and transparent nature pose a serious choking hazard for babies, toddlers, and children. Although the problem was just discovered on the date of this report, it appears to be a manufacturer or design defect that already existed as the product was not used until the date of this report. The attached photos illustrate the problem.
This requires your immediate attention.

No one hurt Made May 26, 2026, sent to the company May 29, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 12, 2026
The product, in the report: The toy is a Montessori style busy board for babies with various buttons, zippers, shoelaces, buckles, etc. that aspires to teach them to use these devices in real life. There are also pages in the middle with [REDACTED] pieces that can be easily torn off and ingested. I went to their [REDACTED] page and saw a ton of people saying you can get the same thing on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] so the manufacturer is likely Chinese and this is an import, which is a fact obscured through TibaToes advertising on [REDACTED].
My baby pulled off a small plastic piece (choking hazard) from a Montessori-style baby busy board and got it in her mouth and almost choked. Upon further inspection there are many pieces that can come off and present choking hazards.
