The product, in the report: The World of Eric Carle Preferred Developmental Butterfly Crib Toy
The butterfly crib toy was hanging from a toy bar on an infant rocker/toddler seat. My infant was playing with the toy. I checked on her and saw that she was choking. Her eyes were wide open and her face was turning dark red. She had managed to lodge the body of the butterfly crib toy down her throat. I immediately dislodged it and observed that nearly three inches of the butterfly’s body were wet (had been in her throat).
