The product, in the report: Stress ball with water beads and water
My 5 year old Bought stress ball from dollar tree and we were not aware that it had water beads in it . My youngest 2 year old got old of the ball and bit into it and swallowed it. We have been going through so much since then. He had stopped eating pooping passing gas and he was in the hospital multiple times and had to get his stomach flushed and lungs cleaned.
