  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made May 15, 2026, sent to the company May 20, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 4, 2026

The product, in the report: The product is a toy marketed as a Montessori toy for ages 1-3. Its shape sorting and has magnetic worms that can be pulled up by a bunny with a magnet. There are many variations of it on Amazon with a magnetic chicken instead of bunny for example.

My two year old was gifted this toy twice in her life, both times by well meaning families following the 1-3 age range advertised on the toy, and the pieces are definitely choking hazards. I have to monitor her to play with it, even though its advertised for her age group. Both families that gifted it were surprised the pieces were so small, but didnt want to take toy back after gifting it. Ive donated it once, and considering donating it again.
