Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Nuby Buzzy Blossoms with Suction Base High Chair Interactive Toy for Early Development

7 month old granddaughter was playing in the highchair with the Nuby Buzzy Blossoms with Suction Base High Chair Interactive Toy for Early Development. I saw the top of the toy on the ground while the suction base was still on the highchair tray. I found the metal piece that holds the suction and toy together in her lap.

The product, in the report: Nuby Silly Spinwheel with Suction Base High Chair Interactive Toy for Early Development 5.6 x 3.5 x 8 inches

Our 7 month old daughter was playing with the Nuby Silly Spinwheel with Suction base highchair toy and was able to remove one of the smaller rings (nickle size) from the toy and put it in her mouth. The side of the toy is able to snap apart and back together and the small rings come off. We were unaware that the sides of this product open or that there was any risk of choking. We noticed her having the ring in her mouth and were able to act quickly to remove it but it could have resulted very differently if we did not notice.
