The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Toddla Montessoir Busy Boards- cloth book like that has [REDACTED] square tiles on one page with pictures/designs on them. Toddla attempted to cover up this incident by sending out an email, to I assume their customer base citing there is a “copy cat” product similar to theirs with the round adhesive backings on the [REDACTED] strips falling off. I have this email.

Purchased 3 Busy Boards for my new grandchildren late May 2026. Upon receipt, we noticed the cloth [REDACTED] decorated squares which were supposed to stick to the Busy Board pages kept falling out due to inferior [REDACTED] material. We notified the seller several times with no response. About 2.5 to 3 wks later our grandson almost chokes on the circular [REDACTED] adhesive which fell off the square cloth tile. Age of victim is 10 months. In the later sections it indicates the year has to be a number, where 0 doesn’t let me advance, so I put in 1. Again, the victim is not 1 yr 10 months. The victim at the time was 10 months old.
