The product, in the report: Mini tumbler toy, I.42 inches by 1.24 inches. A plastic figure that has a metal ball at its base to make it wobble. The metal ball can easily be removed.

My neighbors three year old got one of these toys at a birthday party. The toy is easy to pull apart and inside is a small metal ball. The child swallowed the metal ball and had to go to the ER. The metal ball was in her stomach but could have gone into her trachea. This is a very unsafe toy.
