The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. Emergency room

Made Mar 16, 2021, sent to the company Mar 24, 2021, published by CPSC Apr 7, 2021

The product, in the report: “Fisher-Price Little People Caring for Animals Farm” https://www.fisher-price.com/en-us/product/little-people-caring-for-animals-farm-glt78 SKU #: GLT78 Model GLT78

My wife heard a crash from another room with the “bell” noise from “Fisher-Price Little People Caring for Animals Farm”. My son crying, blood all over. The Ambulance was called. My son ended up getting 8 stitches on top of his left eye.

We believe he either jump/tripped off the bed, bouncy ball or Autism swing, and landed and hit the top of this toy with his forehead. The top of this toy has yellow, propeller like windmill, triangle shaped blades that protrudes out, that is hard and definitely would cause his Y shape gash on his forehead. It’s just a terrible, unsafe design for a toy advertised for 1-5 year olds.
