How badly anyone was hurt

  • No one hurt 2 CPSC: Incident, No Injury

As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Plastic bag/pouch that is fully sealed around the seam to keep it closed. Inside are colored gel-beads (green, blue, red, and yellow) with a face depicting the emotion that is written on the front of the item.

While using the lakeshore learning gel-bead emotion friends at our school the seam has popped on multiple of the pouches. This poses a safety hazard and risk of choking or ingesting the beads.

The product, in the report: Lakeshore Learning Magnetic Counting Maze

    Lakeshore Learning Magnetic Counting Maze

The tip of the wand that holds the magnet has come off. I don’t know where it ended up because it was a small piece. This could be a choking hazard. Luckily my kids are old enough now to not put something like this in their mouth. But with another baby on the way, this is a little upsetting.
