The product, in the report: Pop-Up Shape Sorter Puzzle Received as part of Panda Crate subscription for 8-9 months

Yesterday my babys finger got stuck inside the Kiwi pop up shape sorter. Baby was doing the usual play of removing the blocks and using their fingers to pop up the smiley faces. I was sitting next to baby as I just added the toy into rotation. Baby stopped playing and looked at me. I wasnt sure why baby was looking at me intently for those 3 -4 seconds. Then baby started crying and I noticed their finger was inside the orange space. I couldnt pull babys finger out when I tried. Baby started crying more and more. I wanted to call for help but my phone was on the table and which would mean leaving baby crying with their tiny fingers jammed inside the shape sorter because the shape sorter is heavy and in that moment I thought picking baby and the shape sorter would probably just damage the finger more. So I told myself I will give it another shot before going to my phone. I tried again using my pinky finger to wrangle babys finger out and then finger got released. It was like 45 seconds of pure hell and seemed much longer in the moments. Babys fingers had deep indentations where it got stuck and baby kept sobbing. Baby was ok after a few minutes of distraction and the stuck finger seemed to recover. Only after the incident I noticed that there is a small hole within that space where babys finger can get stuck. This toy is part of the subscription box for 8-9 month olds. Baby loves playing with it this way and has been doing it from the time the toy got delivered.

The product, in the report: Kiwi Co panda crinkle toy with wooden ring

I recently purchased a Kiwi Co subscription and one of the products was a Panda crinkle toy with a wooden ring. My husband was tapping the wooden ring against his leg and it shattered into multiple pieces. This toy was marketed for a 0-12 month old, so my six month old could have had it in her mouth.
