Hurt, no treatment Made Aug 17, 2017, sent to the company Dec 18, 2017, published by CPSC Jan 10, 2018
The product, in the report: Justice Brand Spinner
My mother in law had gotten a spinner and we purchased 2. It opened up and my little one choked on it and if no one was there he would have been gravely injured. It is a complete defective product and both opened up in the same way after 1 minute of use and you can tell that it is completely defective.
I called the company they do not even know they sell the product and did not really care as it was bought from a retail store and not their website.
