The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

The product, in the report: This is a multicolored toy that is shaped like a ball that has lots of different colored tubes and different things to look at on it. It has one thing that spins. It has one area with little tiny balls in it that you can shake up and down. It came apart at the base With very little pressure and balls went everywhere. These balls are very very tiny. As a registered nurse, I am horrified that this product has not been recalled. A child could easily choke and die.

I had purchased a Hola infant toy for my grandson. The toy came apart at the base and a lot of little tiny balls went everywhere. He had some in his mouth. I noticed there have been a few other reports on the Amazon website about this, but nothing has been done. They report that they have 100% satisfaction over the last year. Obviously that’s not true. This is extremely dangerous to small children.
