Product: Purchased from Amazon- Hoarosall Montessori Wooden Busy Board with 8 LED Light switches, Sensory Toys Light Switch Travel Toys for 1+ Year Old Baby and Toddler

What happened: we received toy yesterday. Played with it a tiny bit today and when I was holding it for my 1 year old, I realized that the face plate that covers the battery was extremely loose, and that one of the screws was so loose it almost came off. Again, we had barely used it Who: 1 year old How used: just gently pressing the buttons on the board Injuries: none occurred, but could have ingested a screw, and could have exposed the battery (ingestion hazard, etc)

The product, in the report: 7.5*3.9*2 inches Montessori Wooden Busy Board with 8 LED Light switches, Sensory Toys Light Switch Travel Toys for 1+ Year Old Baby and Toddler

I am reaching out regarding the Montessori Wooden Busy Board I purchased for my son. Today I found him with two loose batteries in his mouth. It seems the cover that was supposed to secure the batteries had fallen off.

I am very concerned because the screws are still in place, and the cover does not appear damaged, so I am unsure how this could have happened. This poses a serious choking and safety hazard.

This toy has been one of his favorites, but given this incident I cannot allow him to use it until the issue is addressed.
