The product, in the report: Glow Bracelet distributed by Michael’s craft stores
My mother bought glow bracelets from Michael’s craft stores. The product is made and distributed by Michaels.
As the girls were bending the glow bracelets to activate them, one of them broke and the liquid got into the eyes of my daughter. Since we didn’t watch them bend them we thought that they might have bent them too far, however later that night my neice had one break while she was wearing it. Thankfully it didn’t get in her eyes although her hands were covered with the liquid.
