Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Crayola Bath Activity Bucket, purchased at Costco. Item at Costco is 1624515, upc 889628133846

3yo playing with container for a Crayola Bath Activity Bucket that is plastic but shaped like a paint can. Due to the plastic used in the container, the plastic cracked from bending and created a straight cut in the plastic that my son then cut his finger on when sticking his finger through it. The plastic used is similar to plastic on a thinner tamperproof plastic package that can even cut adults when trying to open a package, but this plastic was used on the side of the bucket that was clearly not meant to be discarded.
