The product, in the report: Sold on Amazon listing name is Adena Montessori Baby Toys Coin Ball Box with Blue Door. item Number: 1160G1 TM250915 Made in China This is a Montessori coin ball box, including eight coins, a red ball and a coin ball drawer box. Applicable age: AGES 0-3 Condition:New Wooden square box with pull out drawer

8 month old infant choked on toy labeled for ages 0-3. playing independently, she was lying on her back teething on one of the toy coins and she pushed it too far back into her mouth and the coin slid all the way into her mouth. She immediately started to choke as her airway was restricted. I ran to her aide and pulled the toy from her mouth and she began to cry. Breathing returned to normal. No discoloration of skin or lips since I caught her as soon as it happened. She would have died without intervention.
