The product, in the report: Garage door opener

On two occasions, the same model of garage door was closed with the automatic opener. A small object was under the door, and proceeded to smash down, without reversing, and bending the chain guide, as well as attaching parts until they were ripped out of the connector to garage door.

Has happened on two different openers on different garage doors. Without a doubt would have resulted in serious injury to a child if under the door.
