The product, in the report: Chamberlain Garage Door Opener Model B 970

I have a Chamberlain B970 garage door opener that spontaneously caught fire in my garage on May 30. It appears to have originated due to heat of a light bulb that had dried out a label over time. the side of the opener melted and dripped molten plastic on to the garage floor. Garage filled with smoke.
