The product, in the report: Tub Works Emergency Cars Light Up Bath Toys, 6 Pack, Water-Activated Light Up Toys Flash & Change Color
I am reporting tub works emergency light up car bath toys. The helicopter has seemed to have shorted itself out. Water somehow got inside the toy even though it is sealed. The plastic then melted which caused a hole in the bottom of the toy. The metal post that is connected to the battery (I assume) became unattached. Luckily, the post pushed back into the toy instead of coming out. I was concerned at first that my son (1 years old) ate the post. The toy was filled with rusty water. He was in the bathtub. The only other things used at this time were water and aquaphor wash and shampoo. It does not appear that any injuries have occurred, but we will be throwing away the rest of the toys that came in the pack.

The product, in the report: Tub Works Kids Bath Bomb Potion Bath Toy, Variety 6 Pack | Nontoxic | Fizzes, Foams & Bubbles with an Eruption of Color | Interactive Bath Bombs | Fun Science Toddler Bath Toys
My kids were really excited about this product and enjoyed it at first. However, we had a frightening experience that I feel other parents should be aware of. While opening one of the potions, it suddenly exploded in my hands. It was still sealed with the silver plastic lid covering it, and the moment I touched it, it burst with a very loud pop, spraying a green film all over my bathroom.
Luckily, no one was physically hurt, but it could have easily caused an injury, especially if a child had been opening it. The sound was extremely loud, and the mess was awful to clean up.
