Bought a bath toy that is marketed to babies over 3 months. It is a little plastic book with foam inserts in pages and a small squeaker inside. Baby used as directed in the bath 3 times total. Splashing around. We air dried the toys as directed.
The pages started coming apart and the small squeaker fell out during gentle play (flipping through pages). The baby popped the squeaker into his mouth. I managed to get it out so there were no injuries. But this is an extreme choking hazard because the squeaker is round!
