The product, in the report: Baby einstein, ocean explorers see friends, eight piece bath set, eight animal squirters
We purchased the baby einstein, ocean explorers, sea friends, eight piece bath set from Kohls. My ten year old was playing with his baby brother when he picked up the toy and felt something poke him, the blue octopus toy had a metal tip of what appeared to be a syringe sticking out the bottom. That was on the 12th of October. Today, on the 15th I decided to cut it open and see exactly what it was, upon further inspection, I cut the toy and found the bottom half of an injection needle. This is very dangerous. these toys promote squeezing and squishing, and the needle was moving in and out.
