Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Oct 14, 2025, sent to the company Oct 28, 2025, published by CPSC Nov 26, 2025

The product, in the report: Dinosaur Bath Toys for Kids Ages 1-3 (43 PCS DIY Water Slides Tracks with 3 Dino Bathtub Bath Toys)

Product name / listing: Dinosaur Bath Toys for Kids Ages 1-3 (43 PCS DIY Water Slides Tracks with 3 Dino Bathtub Bath Toys)

    ASIN / product ID: B0DYHDBS61

Seller / manufacturer (from listing): DymoeceDirect / Qirptey Amazon

Description of hazard: One of the cars included in the toy set is small enough to present a choking hazard. During supervised play, my 24-month-old child nearly choked on it (it fit into his mouth/throat area).

Age labeling mismatch: The toy is marketed for ages 1-3, indicating it is supposedly safe for toddlers, yet it includes parts that clearly violate small-parts safety (they are small enough to be choking risks). What I did: Removed the car immediately, checked childs airway, no injury occurred.
