The product, in the report: Syskeni Magnetic building blocks for children purchased on Amazon
Syskeni magnetic building blocks for kids, one of the block fell and cracked open and small magnetic pieces came out which could be hazardous to children if ingested. A 6 year old was using the product and dropped it on the floor. No injuries occurred, we were able to find 4 magnetic pieces but we do not know how many were in there or how to contact the manufacturer to know if we located all the pieces
