Hello, I purchased the Magneverse 150 PCS Magnetic Blocks toy on July, 2025, and unfortunately, my child suffered a serious injury when one of the blocks pierced his foot while playing.
I have attached photographic evidence of both the product and the injury. The blocks design (with hard, sharp corners) makes it dangerous for children, which is especially concerning since it is marketed for kids ages 3 and up.
I ask that this issue be taken seriously and investigated for safety concerns. Please inform me of the proper steps to file a formal complaint. I also recommend this product be reviewed to prevent other children from getting hurt.
