On 9/28/23, Plaintiff ordered a toy (magnetic ball puzzle toy) online through an online Chinese company: Shein. While was playing with toy, child ended up swallowing 29 magnets. The online description of product does not specify age of use. Child was taken to the ER Hospital around 5:30 p.m. Child was then air lifted from there to another hospital where he stayed for several weeks.
