The product, in the report: Gemmicc magnetic tiles 100 pieces
We got these magnetic tiles for our toddlers for Christmas. The internal magnets have come out of the plastic and I’m worried can we swallowed by small children. This occurred with regular play.
My 3.5 year old and 21 month old were playing with them, under adult supervision, when we noticed the internal magnets come out of the plastic case.
No injuries, but close call.
