The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: 10Pcs Magnetic Travel Toys, Magnets Men for Kids, Cute Magnetic People, Fridge Magnets Sensory Fidget Toys for Adults Kids, Airplane Car Toddler Travel Essential Toys

I turned away for just one second, and my 3-year-old daughter swallowed a magnet from this toy. Fortunately, she threw it up with her breakfast. This is the first time something this terrifying has happened. We threw the toy away right on the spot. I’m not sure if she may have swallowed other magnets before this incident, so we are taking our child to the hospital urgently. The magnets on this toy come loose very easily. This product needs to be pulled from shelves and recalled immediately. It is extremely dangerous.

The FloraSea magnetic travel toy I bought on Amazon is absolute garbage. The magnetic guys pieces pull apart super easily. My son is supervised while playing with these. However, he easily removed the magnets inside. They are so tiny and each leg/arm holds more than 1. Due to this and unable to find all magnets from one leg we had to go to the ER for an x-ray. This toy is so unsafe, they need to pull it off shelves right away!
