The product, in the report: CY TOYS model CY-8060B DIY Splicing Dinosaur, red t-rex dinosaur

Button batteries easily came out of toy on first handling when toddler dropped toy from height of about 2 feet. 3 button batteries were in reach of child. Toy marketed for ages 3+, CY TOYS model CY-8060B (DIY Splicing Dinosaur), purchased from Walmart. All batteries were recovered and no ingestion occurred. I am reporting this because the battery compartment appears capable of releasing button batteries during normal play8/14/, creating a serious ingestion hazard to young children.
