Amazon description states, VINJOE Baby Musical Instruments-Toddler Montessori Wooden Musical Toys for Kids 1-3, Neutral Colors Percussion Instruments Set Early Learning Musical Toys for Preschool Educational Birthday Gifts. A metal screw like piece securing the Xlophone plates to the wood slid and fell completely out unprompted.
Xlophone made and advertises for small children
1 year old child
I noticed the hazard as my child pulled the toy from his toy bin and the Xlophone metal plate was hanging on by only one screw. I found the missing part in the bottom is his bin. No injuries occurred as I noticed it immediately and collected the small dangerous metal piece. But this could pose as a serious chocking or swallowing hazard.
