The product, in the report: Parent’s Magazine Be Bop Band Musical Instrument toy - the ladybug xylophone component,
I found my 23-month-old with the blue pegs from the center of the bells in his mouth. He had been using the drum sticks on the bells and apparently the blue pegs and a plastic fastener from under the bells had broken, freeing the bells. Two more plastic pegs are chipped, presenting a hazard. This toy was without defect a couple of weeks ago. I believe that the plastic may be aging poorly. This toy should be recalled.
