The product, in the report: Baby Einstein take along tunes
I am reporting a serious product safety concern involving a baby toy purchased from Target. My 10-month-old was able to peel off the decorative sticker/decal from the toy and swallow it. The sticker detached easily enough for an infant to remove it, creating a potential choking and ingestion hazard. I have photos of the toy and the detached/damaged sticker. I want this incident escalated to Target Product Safety and Quality Assurance and documented as a potential infant choking hazard.
