The product, in the report: Razor RipStik Electric Caster Board Order # [REDACTED] Sold by: Amazon.com LLC Quantity: 1
The Razor Ripstick was purchased for my niece as a Christmas Gift and she was injured on it in front of her Grandmother’s home on January 2, 2017 as a result of the wheels locking up. She fell face forward and injured her shoulder and received road rash on her face as a result of the accident. The item was returned to Amazon immediately after to prevent further injuries.

No one hurt Made Jan 4, 2012, sent to the company Jan 11, 2012, published by CPSC Jan 26, 2012
The product, in the report: Razor 28” Skateboard Helmet Combo - X Skeleton Eyes (here is a link to the toys r us product: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11449055 From Sticker on Skateboard: REF/LOt # SR01006 Location: Guang zhou, PRC Production: 080111
My son receive this skateboard for Christmas. He rode the skateboard two times. Very beginner moves, just standing and gliding on board. The piece that holds the wheels to the skateboard, literally broke into half causing the wheels to fall off the skateboard. My concern is that when I went online to Toys R us (where it was purchased) there was another review that was the exact same thing. I feel that if a kids is riding the skateboard more agressive then mine, serious injury may occur. Obviously if there are two incidents documented with the same exact thing, there must be more.
