The product, in the report: Surge Camo Jeep Model #8803-31

There were 2 incidents, the first was when I unplugged the jeep from the charger, it took off, I grabbed it and hit the gas pedal and it stopped, the second time, about 6 months later my grandson was riding in the jeep and the gas pedal stuck, he was screaming his little head off because he couldn’t make it stop, he lost control of it and ran into my husbands truck before we could jerk him out of it, he wasn’t hurt, just scared to death. We had to tip it up on its side and unhook the battery to get it to stop!!!! We didn’t know that there was a recall on it until we went on line to try to find a part to fix it!!!!We want it fixed, but not sure if we will ever be able to get him to get back in it, he is scared to death of it.
