  1. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: Ryder Toys The GRIZZLY 48Volt TRUCK BLACK 800w motor 13+ years old and up

I purchased from Ryder Toys online an oversized expensive $2500.00 [REDACTED] type vehicle for MY CHILD (disabled child never the less) for Christmas it was delivered late on December 30,2025 in New Jersey to our residence. It was not used until about late February Early March 2026 due to weather in our state. After a couple uses the vehicle started acting funny, shutting off while my child was driving it so after many times of doing this as a routine it would stop working then after couple minutes or so start up and go again, which then led to more times of this repeated behavior. I emailed the company RYDERTOYS about this, they asked for a video to come up with a solution. There response was the product is out of warranty as I purchased in December of 2025 and it needs a battery and a Thermal Fuse by looking at the video , BUT there warehouse does not stock nor has either and would not know when it would be available, so as days weeks months go by email after email of inquiring about such parts we come to a couple days ago, a mechanically inclined person we know brought to our attention THE FRAME is SEPARATED in two spots on both side of the vehicle, I immediately emailed again about this issue and there response again is the vehicle is out of warranty and advises me after a long back and forth email thread and finally getting to a manager on the phone( which is ALL RECORDED) who is other words repeats every thing Ive been told in past that Now I should take the Vehicle to have it WELDED and they will compensate $100 towards the company who will weld it!!! I repeatedly tell the manager this is unacceptable for A CHILDS TOY only a couple months old to be doing any of this let alone have the FRAME FALLING APART ( being an EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS SITUATION FOR ANY CHILD) along with driving the be and it stopping is as well VERY DANGEROUS. And this falls under like a car as a LEMON, she repeatedly says that the vehicle is out of warranty and theres nothing but offering a hundred dollars towards the Welding she can do!!
