My grandson was playing with his bumper car , when we noticed he was kinda choking. We were able to grab what was in his throat. It was a piece of the foam that covers the bumper part of the toy. Upon inspection we discovered that he had bitten a piece out of the foam. Very dangerous, this could have ended in death.
