Hurt, no treatment Made May 11, 2017, sent to the company May 19, 2017, published by CPSC Jun 12, 2017
The product, in the report: Yvolution Y Glider 3-In-1 Scooter In Blue children’s three wheeled scooter. PUrchased many years ago, but only saw actual use starting 3-4 months ago
Product: Yvolution Y Glider 3-In-1 Scooter In Blue
While my son was riding the scooter. The front wheel just fell off with no warning. A review of amazon shows that this is happening to other consumers. This is extremely dangerous. Children can develop some serious speed when riding a scooter and a front wheel falling off at speed generally results in a high-velocity face-to-ground or other hard object incident.
The product was purchased about 2 years ago, but my son had no interest in scootering until 3 months ago. The product was in new condition until 3 months ago.
