Made Oct 2, 2017, sent to the company Oct 11, 2017, published by CPSC Dec 4, 2017

The product, in the report: 3 wheeled scooter

The brake completely broke off the a 3 wheeled scoote designed for a young child n My daughter has fallen off the scooter due to the inability to stop the scooter without throwing herself off. Radio Fluer has been notified and they do not feel a broke brake is a problem. This is a safety matter that needs to be addressed. If brakes break this easily then the product is not safe.

The product, in the report: Radio flyer Scoot’n Zoom red scotter 711-p01-01

my 18 month old son was riding his radio flyer scoot’n zoom scooter on our hardwood floors in our home. He went to turn he flipped over the front of the scooter and cut his frenulum(the piece of skin between the lip and gum). He landed straight down on his mouth. It also looks as if one tooth got chipped but is very minor.
