The product, in the report: The Hello Kitty City Scooter that was purchased is hot pink and black in color with the emblem on the side.

My daughter was riding her Hello Kitty scooter that she got for Christmas 2012. She crashed in the hedges due to the speed but we had no idea that there was a defect with the scooter. We just assumed that she was just riding to fast but as it turns out, the speed of the scooter caused her to apparently crash. Luckily, she substained minor scratches from the crash.
