The product, in the report: Red pull along wagon
This product was removed from the market by Fair Trade and Standards. It’s still on the market in the USA. The photos are the same as the one that was removed. There are dome nuts that go on the wooden railings of the wagon that pop off when tightened leaving the exposed ends of the bolts and dangerous small sharp pieces. A customer on Amazon actually shared photos of these on a review dated 2nd January 2018. The title of the Amazon listing is “Giantex All Terrain Cargo Wagon Wood Railing Kids Children Garden Air Tires Outdoor Red”. This product is target marketed for children and shows photos with children in the wagon but is not safety tested. It’s a cheap knock off from China. The company contact details are: Giantex 608 E Valley Blvd # D227 San Gabriel, CA 91776-3594 BBB File Opened: 01/10/2018 There are 3 complaints filed against this company through the BBB. Please can the CPSC look into this?
