My son was using a baby toy walker purchased on amazon. Under normal use the wheel fell off and he swelled an exposed round medium size screw. He was choking 911 was called he went to the emergency room and screw was located with an xray in his colon. He did pass it in his stool after 3 days. Multiple reviews on the product state similar situations.
